"I am not sure where to start but here it goes. I had been searching for a very long time for a used bike, and located the perfect one at their shop it was beautiful. So I called on it and these guys were outstanding to deal with, not pushy, very fun to talk to, treated me like I was family, the best experience I have ever when dealing with a sales group. So stupid me decides after 12 years I am going hop right on it and drive home........LOL that was a mistake. I crashed it right in the parking lot I wash mortified, embarrassed, and angry as one could imagine. These guys were fantastic not one comment was made not a single joke was thrown my way, just comfort was all that was offered. I cant say enough about these guys they fixed the bike and made my whole incident the easiest that I could ever ask for. Bottom line the bike was fixed and my feelings.......well "you cant fix stupid". I will be a costumer for life! "

"I was in a major bind since the stator failed on my Vulcan 750 while on a trip - 1000 miles from home! Charlie and George definitely went above and beyond to work me in to their busy schedule, get parts overnighted, and get me back on the road. Although it turned out to cost me a pretty penny, they were fair and did outstanding work. Even though I had to miss part of my planned trip, I made it home safely due to the excellent service from CVM. I can't possibly thank them enough for saving me! If I ever break down again, I hope I am close to Central Vermont Motorcycles! THANK YOU, GUYS!!!!"

"CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND
I must admit I was a bit intimidated walking into the dealership with my "pre concieved notion" that I would be overwhelmed or even ignored by tough giant motorcycle driving men and to make matters worse...I was there to buy a scooter!
To my delight I was greeted immediatly by more than one friendly and helpful staff. Every question I had was answered respectfully and in great detail.
They quicky set me up for a test driveand I was sold.
There were issues with the scooter a week later so I made a call to CVM. They quickly resolved all of the problems.
I even recieved a call from CVM a week later to make sure everything was running well and that I was happy.
I couldnt be happier CVM, thanks and I'll see you next summer for my upgrade! "

"For Christmas of '07, my husband and I went into CVM to purchase a ATV for our then 5 year old.We dealt with several sales people since we had to go home and think about what we were going to do. we changed our minds and bought 2 dirt bikes instead. The staff wasn't pushing their products on us or trying to sell us things that we weren't looking for. we went to load the bikes into the truck and they helped us load them into it (I have been places where the staff isn't allowed to load thing and help you tie the items down)
whenever we go in there they always ask how the kids love their dirt bikes. If only they can see their faces while they are riding on it.
We have now dealt with all areas of CVM(sales, parts, and service) and everyone has been great.

"Kudos to the Central Vermont Motorcycle shop and staff for supporting women riders! It was very refreshing to walk into a shop and see a wall with womens' merchandise displayed as prominently as mens! Bravo! And your sales and service staff were wonderful. I was in your shop looking for a bolt for my gear shift mechanism as mine had fallen out somewhere between NH and VT. We were attending the Killington Classic motorcyle rally and saw your ad in the brochure. Your parts dept. did a wonderful job hunting down the right bolt for the job! And because I was easily able to see the womens' items, I purchased a couple other items while I was there as well! I realize it only makes sense to promote a growing market, but it's truly amazing how many shops still don't get it! Thank you! "I just bought a 2006 Kawasaki 360 Prairie 4x4 with the 2500lb Warn winch, and 54" Cycle Country snowplow a few weeks ago from Central Vermont Motorcycles and all I can say is WOW I LOVE this quad! I used it in the "Blizzard of '06" here in NJ to clear 18+" of snow from my snowplowing clients driveways, and the quad did a great job...it never gave me any trouble at all! Josh in sales was very attentive in explaining the features of many different makes and models, and was in the sale from the beginning to the end, and the delivery. Keith in finance also made the ownership paperwork a breeze. I was very impressed with the service, and Josh's knowlege in helping me select the perfect ATV for my applications. I priced out every dealer in my immediate area here in NJ, and you guys by far had the best deal, and the best service out there! I look forward to taking my new quad mudding at our farm in Upstate NY! In the future, I will definitely buy from you guys again! Thanks for great service from the beginning to the end! "
